{"id":1030,"date":"2020-12-31T20:52:05","date_gmt":"2020-12-31T20:52:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/adavault.com\/?p=1030"},"modified":"2021-01-01T09:22:15","modified_gmt":"2021-01-01T09:22:15","slug":"best-wishes-for-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.adavault.com\/index.php\/2020\/12\/31\/best-wishes-for-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Best wishes for 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>It&#8217;s been an eventful 2020 in so many ways; from the ongoing pressures of climate change, the COVID virus that has swept across the world, the U.S. Elections, Brexit, market turmoil (new lows and new highs) and of course significant developments in the Cryptocurrency world including Cardano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cardano has taken some really important foundational steps this year on the road to becoming the &#8216;World&#8217;s financial operating system&#8217;, with the transition to Shelley and implementation of the first truly decentralised Proof of Stake System. The ADA price has started to reflect this going from a low of just under $0.03\/ADA to finish the year at $0.180.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like many of our SPO peers we&#8217;ve been working hard building out ADAvault since staking went live with the transition to Shelley in July (it seems like much longer), and we are excited by the changes that will be coming to Cardano in 2021; Smart contracts, development funds, governance improvements and better ways to stake and manage your ADA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks for choosing to delegate your ADA with us, and helping grow and develop the Cardano ecosystem.
